5k Training/Beginning Runners Group
This year EARC & UNR have teamed up with Tina from Training to Enjoy Life Coaching to bring you 2 new 5K training groups to prepare you to Finish or Race the Homecoming 5K on July 29, 2017. This 8 week program is designed for new runners and/or participants looking to get back into running with coach-led training sessions, clinics, training schedules and much more. We plan to expand to 10K, half marathon, and marathon groups in the future.

Wednesday Evening Track Workouts
Each Wednesday, starting June 7th, through the summer, meet at the Central Cambria HS track for workouts. We meet at 6 PM. All are welcome. On days the track is occupied, we will switch to hill workouts, runs on the XC course, or another type of run. Track workouts can help you get stronger, faster, understand pacing, and even make you more mentally tough. A beginner or haven't done a track workout in a long time? No worries. We have people of all abilities at the track. Not sure what to do? Check out one of the training programs for some ideas. Plus each week we usually have seasoned elite runners who can help guide you on what to do. Bring the whole family too! The parents take turns watching the kiddos in the infield while others complete their workout.
